Refund Policy

We are commited to ensure the full satisfaction of our art collectors. Once your item is received you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep it or ask for a refund.

Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that your expectations are met.

Damages and issues
When receiving your item please inspect it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Limited edition art prints
Once an order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.
If the shipment details were incorrect we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
You have three (3) days to cancel the shipping and ask for refund. Contact us immediately / at latest fourteen (14) days after you’ve received your item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Simon Hjortek is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer.
We offer fourteen (14) days to change your mind and ask for refund. We will contact you to ask for pictures or other evidence of the demolished artwork and its belongings.
